Check In: First time clients will have a short medical intake form to fill out prior to receiving any service at Core Wellness. We ask that you please arrive 5-10 Minutes early to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals however we may have to adjust the length of your appointment to not overlap our next client's service time.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: Your service at Core Wellness is reserved just for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your service. We understand emergencies may come up but for any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to your service is subject to a cancellation fee amounting up to the cost of the scheduled service. Any clients who miss their appointment with no notice is also subject to a fee amounting up to the cost of the scheduled service. When you schedule a service with us you are agreeing to these policies.

Payments: Core Wellness accepts cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express as payment.

Fine Print: All prices and policies of Core Wellness Massage Therapy are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep our website and clients up to date on all changes but encourage all clients to inquire about services and prices when scheduling.
